PMAM supports eight volume-based allocation methods:

Allocation of lots

When the master position is closed, the system applies a deposit or withdrawal transaction instead of opening positions on the sub-accounts. Similar to the previous method, users choose this approach when they want to allocate to other accounts based on a predefined percentage parameter.

Allocation in percentages

This method splits the volume of the master trade across the sub-accounts according to their defined percentage parameters. It also calculates the payout as a proportion of the total trading volume.

Equity allocation in proportion

The system computes the percentage automatically in this method, just as it does in the proportion balance allocation approach. The main difference is that it uses equity instead of balance. No further adjustments are necessary here.

Equal risk allocation

Using this strategy, the issue of regulating margin on sub-accounts is addressed. Sub-accounts are occasionally terminated because of low margin levels. This is the only method that considers margin level. This approach, however, allows you to define the minimum% level for each sub-account.

P/l proportional allocation

As with the % allocation by p/l technique, you won’t open any positions. Instead, the system makes a deposit or withdrawal to the sub-accounts after the master trade concludes. Users choose this method when they want the system to allocate sub-accounts proportionately to their balance.
